Recently I got a new camera for Christmas and finally the weather has been acceptable enough to go out and shoot. Today one of my classes was canceled to I took the opportunity to use the remaining daylight to walk to over to the Oregon Pioneer Cemetery. It is such a peaceful place to be, even if it is next door to the busy University of Oregon. The only company I had were a few birds and the occasonal runner that frequent the trails that encompass the cemetery. Gladly I was able to put the 50d to a more rigorous test than photos the cats ^^. This year I hope to improve my photography skills every day and to get out and shoot as much as possible. Here are a few samples from today and from the previous weeks of fiddling.
Cheers,
